आपकी प्रारंभिक शिक्षा जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय पनघटा नरवर जिला शिवपुरी (म.प्र.) से हुई है, साइंस कॉलेज ग्वालियर से गणित से स्नातक करने के बाद सिविल सर्विस की तैयारी के साथ साथ इतिहास,अर्थशास्त्र व कंप्यूटर साइंस से परास्नातक की उपाधि हासिल की व शिक्षा शास्त्र में स्नातक की,इसके बाद कुछ वर्ष मुखर्जी नगर(दिल्ली) में रहकर सिविल सर्विस की तैयारी की। 2011 में आपका मध्यप्रदेश में आर्थिक एवं सांख्यकी संचालनालय में चयन हो जाने कारण सिविल सर्विस की तैयारी एवं एल.एल. बी. की पढ़ाई बीच मे ही छोड़नी पड़ी।
वर्तमान में यह दिल्ली सरकार में शिक्षक परामर्शदाता के रूप में कार्यरत हैं, दिल्ली में आपकी यात्रा की शुरुआत बतौर गणित अध्यापक हुई थी, इससे पहले यह मध्य प्रदेश शासन में सहायक जिला प्रबंधक के पद पर कार्यरत थे एवं उससे पूर्व मध्य प्रदेश शासन के ही अलग अलग विभागों में कई पदों पर कार्यरत रहे ।
आप एक शिक्षा सलाहकार, शिक्षण प्रशिक्षण व शिक्षा में हो रहे नवाचार जैसे विषयों पर देशभर के संस्थानों को मार्गदर्शन देते रहते हैं साथ ही मोटीवेशनल स्पीकर के रूप में वोकल एवं बोलकर प्लेटफार्म पर कई लोगों का मार्गदर्शन करते हैं ,जहां इन्हें 4 करोड़ से ज्यादा बार सुना गया है।’कचहरीनामा’ मनीष जी के पूर्व अनुभव व प्रशासनिक घटनाओं का संगम है, इसके जरिये आप सरकारी कार्यालयों को सिर्फ देखेंगे ही नहीं वल्कि जिएंगे भी । ‘बेरंग लिफ़ाफ़े’ इनके द्वारा लिखा गया पहला उपन्यास है यह इनके आज तक के जीवन व प्रशासनिक अनुभवों को दर्शाती हुई एक प्रेरक पुस्तक है, वहीं इनका दूसरा उपन्यास ‘नल दमयंती, सतयुग की अमर गाथा’ निषध देश के शासक राजा नल के जीवन पर आधारित सतुगकालीन पौराणिक उपन्यास है, इसी निषध देश को वर्तमान में, मध्यप्रदेश के शिवपुरी जिले की नरवर तहसील के रूप में जाना जाता है, जो मनीष जी की जन्म स्थली है ।

With years of experience in government service, Manish has served in various capacities, including Assistant District Manager in Madhya Pradesh and as a Mathematics teacher in Delhi. His career reflects a blend of administrative expertise and a passion for education, leading him to become a Teacher Consultant with the Delhi Government. He has guided numerous institutions across India on innovative teaching methods and educational reforms, and is a sought-after motivational speaker, having inspired over 4 crore listeners on platforms like Vocal and Bolkar.
Manish’s literary works are deeply rooted in his life experiences. His first novel, “Bairang Lifaafey,” is a compelling narrative reflecting his journey and administrative insights. His second novel, “Nal Damayanti, Satyug Ki Amrit Katha,” is a mythological tale set in the ancient land of Nishad Desh, now known as Narwar in Shivpuri district—his birthplace. His book “Kacherinama” blends real-life administrative anecdotes with storytelling, offering readers a unique glimpse into government offices.
